Denver Metro Pet Sitters provides an awesome service at great value. Every time I’ve contacted them I’ve been handled with top notch customer service. When you speak with one of their employees you can tell that they are very passionate about their work. These guys are always available even on short notice and provide frequent updates on pets. This service is a steal.

Tony and Sharon are awesome. My husband and I had to travel out of town last minute for a family situation. We have two kittens, one was only 5 months old, the other almost a year old. Because of their age we were really worried about having a friend stop by here and there. The littlest one could get into so much trouble in between the visits! I called a few places, but something about speaking to Tony made me feel like they would be the best decision (and there’s a lot of options in Denver!). We found out we needed to travel on a Monday, they worked us in to meet us on a Tuesday (working around our crazy hours), and then we flew out on Wednesday and Sharon took over. A two-day notice for a new client is really incredible. Every day we got text messages from Sharon with cute pictures and updates of our kittens. We were able to focus on our family and not stress about anything. And by the end, our shyest (hardest to win over) kitten was playing with Sharon and loving her so I can tell they approved too. Thank you to Denver metro pet sitters for saving the day and for taking care of our little ones. One last thing – we just bought a house and are sadly out of the area that they serve, but upon reaching out to Tony, he made sure we found a new pet sitter in our new area that was just as reputable as his own company. SO so helpful and nice. Great company, 5 stars.

Thanks to Tony, Claire, and everyone on staff!! I was really worried about having to leave our little-old-lady dog with almost no notice and right after a big surgical procedure (two teeth removed, under anesthesia for a while, 13-year-old dog). When she gets stressed, she often refuses to eat and I was concerned that oral surgery and not having us around would make that worse than usual. When I got home after the DMPS crew looked after her, she was as happy as can be, ready to eat, and clearly in great shape for her recovery. She’s still upset with me for taking her to the vet, but she is doing great and I can’t tell you how much stress it takes off me to know what a great job everyone did. We’ve had months of experience using this crew for our regular pet sitting and they’ve always been outstanding. Claire especially keeps us updated on both of our dogs and sends pictures of them enjoying their walks. She even takes it in stride when we unexpectedly added a third crazy pup to the mix. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to use DMPS. I love everything about their service (including my ability to book over text and pay electronically – including tip!).

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. It was my first weekend away from my dog since I moved to Denver. My dog experiences high separation anxiety, and Tony and Sharon were able to accommodate. A log was kept of times of each visit, pee/poop, and if walked. I also received many texts reassuring everything was fine, and including pictures (which I loved). I will definitely be using them again for my next weekend trip!

Tony and his wonderful staff are an outstanding investment in the happiness of your pet. I had special needs for my dog and was staying at a hotel in downtown Denver and they came to my hotel, sat with my dog while I had to attend to some business, and were not only sweet and kind to my furbaby, but wonderfully accommodating to me. If you are looking for a long-term relationship, Denver Metro would certainly be my choice. But if you need a reliable, short-term solution, I couldn’t recommend them any more highly.

Recommend highly. My cat Buddy who used to be okay staying alone recently had some medical issues where he needed some meds. My job takes me away from home few days a month so I needed to find some help with Buddy. Left a message and was responded to the next day! Tony came over to a “meet & greet” to get info on locks, alarms and of course Buddy. It’s just Buddy & me at the house right now so it is a relief to know when I’m out of town everything at home is good and most importantly Buddy is good. Tony always sends a text about his visits and will send a pic of Buddy sunning on the outside deck when it’s warm outside. Very reliable and even visited Buddy Christmas Day and New Year’s Day! And most important, it’s easy to tell Tony really likes and enjoys being with Buddy!

AMAZING! My cats were the happiest…usually when I return from a trip they look sad and exhausted. But, Tony musta loved ’em up so good, they didn’t even care I was gone for 6 days. I even had to extend a day and Tony was more than happy to oblige.

Love! Holly & Tony did an excellent job. Very professional, and they obviously care about the animals they take care of. Daily messages, they left a note to tell us exactly what was done, remembered everything we asked of them, and were just overall kind and easy to deal with. You can tell if anything goes wrong, they’ll handle it ASAP. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving our pets/house in their care. Highly recommended.

Rob takes care of our Great Danes, Clyde and Louis when we are on trips that they can’t go. We couldn’t be more pleased. Dogs love him and the daily texts are great. They genuinely seemed to care about them, kneeling down to their level to approach them and asking detailed questions about their likes and dislikes. They do good work! I have called on less than 48-hours notice and Tony is more than accommodating. You will get a text after every session they spend with you dog regarding behavior, if she has been eating or anything really. It is very reassuring when you are off in the mountains and are unable to take your pup with you! To start off, Tony likes to come meet your pup with one of his walkers. The session lasts about 30 minutes and allows your dog to be acquainted with their new friends. Once you have met with Tony, everything else is done online. You make the request, then within a few hours Tony will give you a call to confirm your visits. Once confirmed a bill is generated and you pay online with a credit card.
If you are thinking about leaving town without your pup, I highly recommend this in home service! It beats a kennel any day!

I absolutely adore this company. Tony and Rob have been nothing but FANTASTIC! My dogs love them and they are always prompt and on time. I sometimes give them short notice, and they always fit me in and treat my boys like rock stars. They have been lifesavers on many occasions. Tony rules. He and his co-workers are super flexible, animal loving, reliable, and responsive. We’ve used his services multiple times, and every time the service is superb. They leave daily notes, send txt msg updates, and love our pets like their own. The last time I used their services, there was a miscommunication on my part that I did not realize until 9:30 at night, and Tony & Co responded and got me out of a jam. We’ve been using Denver Metro Pet Sitters for the last two months for daily dog walks since we moved to Denver.
Tony is great with the dogs – you can tell he truly does care about your pup. He also sends weekly texts to keep track of your schedule.
Our dog walker, Rob, is great with our dog. I can tell our pup loves him because she has been much happier the last few months (vast improvements in her separation anxiety). He also writes the best notes about their daily walks – I look forward to reading them every day!

We loved working with Tony and our sitter Rob! We contacted Denver Metro Pet Sitters just a few days before a weekend trip to Phoenix. Our 11-year-old kitty is on Thyroid meds that she needs every day. Tony was able to fit us in, and quickly scheduled an initial visit where the sitter could meet our pet (Zoe). It was really comforting to have them come to our home with us there, they asked very thorough questions about Zoe and spent some time with her so that she could get to know the sitter. As stated, we received a text after each visit with our pet letting us know how everything went. Meds were given as needed, and our little kitty seemed calmer when we got home (she is normally super anxious to see us!).
Will use again and recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and caring pet sitter.

Tony and Jessie are life savers. When my work schedule picked up, I was worried about my little ones, but I know they are in good hands. We would give this place twelve stars if we could. We called them after our stand-by kitty sitters fell through, and with just over a week’s notice, Tony was super responsive and he and Brandi came out to visit the “kids” and make arrangements. Brandi texted us every day we were gone with updates, left us great notes to find upon our return, and they both went absolutely above and beyond in terms of customer service and assistance. So impressive, and particularly so because it was around the holidays, and reasonably priced to boot. We got home and our cats didn’t even seem to have missed us – a mark of a great sitter, as far as I’m concerned. The kids who usually watch our cats have some serious competition now, and we’ll definitely call these guys again!

Tony did a great job with my cats. One of the cats needs medication twice daily, and is sometimes finicky about taking it. Tony kept me updated on how it each day, and when Mojo wouldn’t cooperate, Tony was persistent and creative in getting him to take the meds without using force. I was comfortable knowing they were in good hands and will definitely use this service again.

Tony is great with Lola our cat and she loves him. He cares for her whenever we go away, which is often, and it gives us peace of mind to know she is in such good hands. He not only feeds her and cleans her litter, but spends a little time playing with her, too. She enjoys this more than the food! Tony is amazing! Not only does my dog absolutely love him but he also saved our house from catching fire one night! He noticed something wasn’t quite right when Hazel didn’t come inside to greet him….once in the backyard he notice that a fire had started! He acted quickly and put it out! So not only is he a valuable dog walker/sitter he apparently is a great fireman as well! We will never be able to thank him enough but we most certainly fell so absolutely lucky to have him! His services are invaluable.

I started using Tony and Austin to watch my animals when I had a last minute flight and they were very accommodating. I live in a downtown high-rise with a cat, an epileptic miniature pinscher, and a 9-month-old great dane. I was gone two days and Tony and Austin kept me in the loop and updated me every time they dropped by to let me know how everyone was doing. Unfortunately for my miniature pinscher, she experienced a seizure in their care. Thankfully it was while she was under supervision from Austin and he turned down the lights and helped her relax and made sure the apartment was quiet for her when he finally left for the night per my instructions. They were amazing to my animals and to me, they made sure all medications were taken on schedule and were on time for every visit. I couldn’t have been happier with them.
